Yeah man, 2 ways. Either buy a very nice slider/dolly with a motor on it, or you can do it on editing software. I use final cut pro, and theres an option on there called Ken Burns where you can set a start point and an end point. Not sure if its on other video editing software, i have only ever used final cut. Hope that helps!
